 * All colour prices are determined by length and thickness of hair. For colour and hilight retouch length of regrowth determines final pricing. Retouch by definition is 1"- 1.5", anything greater will be subject to additional cost.





Consultations take 30 minutes, are free of charge and mandatory for all new balayage/ombre, balayage hilight, babylight or corrective colour services as well. They take place in advance of the actual appointment to ensure all products required are on hand for your colour service. During the consult your hair's current colour,  health as well as any previous colour / chemical services are assessed . These factors are taken into consideration when determining what is or is not possible in one session.

The consult also allows me to determine how much time is needed for the actual appointment as well as the cost associated with the service. Please have a few inspiration photos on hand so we can go over them while referring to the colour book.  I do ask for 48 hrs notice if you need to reschedule . Please note, failure to show up for the consultation will mean that an appointment will not be booked.


                                                          CANCELLATION POLICY

Life is hectic, I absolutely understand that things come up !! A full 48 hours notice via email with a time and date stamp is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the total value of services booked added to your new appointment day over an above the cost of the services performed on the rescheduled day. In the event a deposit has been taken, please see below . No shows will be re booked at my discretion. 

                                                     DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits for colour services may be required for new guests. The deposit is applied to the value of the colour service as quoted during the consultation. A receipt will be issued for all  monies received. Should the guest cancel the appointment with 48 hours notice the full value of the deposit will be refunded less transfer fees. In the event of a no show on the day of the appointment or IF less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule the full value of the deposit will be forfeited.
